Airtime provisioning company plan.com has taken over one of its partners, Shropshire digital communications specialist Telserve.

The Telford-based business has been in operation since 2017 and had about 20,000 clients up until the previous year. Telserve Group’s senior leadership team including MD Stuart Box will remain with the business.

plan.com’s operations will stay based in Douglas, Isle of Man, and the company intends to introduce its headquarters there in early 2023.
